Wrote up some thoughts on refinements to the Triage workflow based on recent usability activities at the FLOSS usability sprint and Chao's LPFI interviews. Specifically, ways for users to:

1. Meta-triage incoming messages: Unread v. Need to read v. Needs reply
2. Distinguish between Projects v. mini-tasks. Big Tasks with a capital T v. small tasks with a lowercase t
3. Better understand the functional difference between the Taskpad and Dashboard view

This includes proposals to:

1. Have different flavors of each stamp. To be reflected by different icons in the stamping buttons in the mark-up bar.

Incoming mail: Unread (Unseen really), Need to read, Needs reply
Outgoing mail: Draft, Queued, Sent, Error [not user-definable]
Projects: Action v. Research
Events: Confirmed, Tentative, FYI:

2. Rename Tasks to Projects or some other words meaning: not just a little !&[EMAIL PROTECTED] task
