if permanent, the sharer should be able to change the address if it gets into the wrong hands. backpack has done a good job of implementing this feature.
What are reasons for having multiple ones?
personalization. it's really hot right now, that personalization. i saw this with vox. they give each user a personalized domain - mine's bcm.vox.com. i had people begging me for invites so they could reserve their cool domains.
What about allowing the shar-ER to specify which emails addresses the collection will accept emailed items from?
that makes the most sense to me.
Or queuing up email item submissions, so that they need to be approved by someone with write access to the share before they are formally added to the share. If I approve an email submission from [EMAIL PROTECTED], then all future submissions from [EMAIL PROTECTED] are approved as well.
what happens if somebody forges an email message to look like it comes from [EMAIL PROTECTED] here we go talking about security again. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Open Source Applications Foundation "Design" mailing list http://lists.osafoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/design
