I think with what Katie outlined, for that subcase, it'd be Chandler which
would be doing the first NLP of the submitted string (maybe by submitting to
Cosmo raw and then having Chandler sync).
We can rely on humans doing some natural language parsing too.
Malformed items would show up in shared collections as Notes. Others
Chandler/Scooby users sharing the collection would receive the item
as a newly created note in their Dashboard and manually parse it,
stamp it, fix dates and times, label it, do what needs to be done in
order to get it in the right place.
