Mimi and I had worked out another iteration of the subscription
'teaser' currently located on the top right hand corner of the Cosmo UI.

The changes include:
+ Moving the title of the calendar collection and 'add collection'
into the user's Cosmo account into one area.
+ Using tool tip to help with understanding the '+' icon means add
this collection into your Cosmo account.
+ Cleaning up the multiple icons in the top right area and using a
drop down menu for subscriptions. And if possible for development in
0.6 to download an .ics file.
