I like the last icon as well. However, it's looking likely that we
won't have icons in the pulldown for 0.6 and possibly not for Preview
either. We should revisit this issue Post-Preview. Priss...correct me
if I'm mistaken here.

For calendar through atom I feel we should have the normal feeds
icon with some special indication saying that its a calendar
through atom. For caldav we could have a special icon specifying
its calendar thru CalDAV - the white stripes should go, probably
we could have 7*4 white dots or something better in a 14*14 pixel
sized image. Trying to be a bit creative I created a few icons
based on a 28-31 day calendar. I realized 14x14 pixel is too small
- should reduce the number of dots signifying 12 months of a
calendar, etc
