Won't the Cosmo bookmarkable link always be displayed in the address
bar? That was my understanding. I'm wondering if we need this in the
Collection details dialog.

minor note on the "add to bookmarks" tooltip in priscilla's mockup - i
much prefer the "link to this page" terminology that google maps uses
and prefer a hyperlink which says that to the mocked up icon and
tooltip.
