Someone recently pointed me to the http://zoho.com web-office
solutions developed by http://www.adventnet.com/.

I am impressed with the design and presentation of most of the apps
themselves, but also the enduser support infrastructure, website,
forums, etc.

BTW, when sharing a document like a spreadsheet, you do get a R/W or a
R/O URL sent to the invitee (you have to supply their email address)
that lets the invitee see the spreadsheet and for example, edit it,
print it, export it in a variety of formats, but they cannot SAVE the
modified shared file without first signing up for an account, even if
they were granted R/W access.

They do include a calendar as part of the Zoho Project application. If
