Someone recently pointed me to the http://zoho.com web-office solutions developed by http://www.adventnet.com/.
I am impressed with the design and presentation of most of the apps themselves, but also the enduser support infrastructure, website, forums, etc. BTW, when sharing a document like a spreadsheet, you do get a R/W or a R/O URL sent to the invitee (you have to supply their email address) that lets the invitee see the spreadsheet and for example, edit it, print it, export it in a variety of formats, but they cannot SAVE the modified shared file without first signing up for an account, even if they were granted R/W access. They do include a calendar as part of the Zoho Project application.
