In the interest of not introducing more changes for Preview, I have
logged this as UI bug for me to track post-Preview.

We *are* however planning on fixing 2 minor things:
1. Getting rid of the date the item was sent from the message body.

2. Getting rid of the Chandler addressing fields if they don't differ
from the email addressing fields from the message body.
