Public bug reported:

[ Impact ]

The button for opening the screen reader settings window is described
just as "Configure", without extra context, which, for screen reader
users, can be confusing. This patch expands the text in the button to
"Configure Screen Reader".

Applied upstream for Gnome Control Center 51.

Origin: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-
center/-/merge_requests/3346

[ Test plan ]

* Open Gnome Control Center
* Go to Accessibility tab
* Click on the Seeing button
* In the new contents, the button must show "Configure Screen Reader" instead
of "Configure"

[ Where problems could occur ]

Being a change in strings, it can happen that, for a while, the sentence
won't be translated in other languages, until the translation team
catches up.
