This is something I've looked at doing in the past...and I'm going to talk to JSC people about it again in the next few days. The main problem is finding an efficient way to implement it, which would be the requirement for it being accepted upstream. I'm not familiar enough with JSC internals, for this to be obvious to me. A naive implementation, would be relatively straightforward (and I think I mostly know how to do it), but I don't know if an efficient implementation would be a comparable amount of work, or much more difficult.
