I have already read it, and start to think about using PAM for vino. I 
am a new comer for PAM, but I believe I can do it.
Today, we scuccessfully make vino work with ssh. The only issue is we 
can not force the vnc-viewer to connect via ssh. I believe if we use 
PAM, then we can add some parameter for vino to force ssh connection.
