Various -dt-*- font interfaces have gotten lost and restored
over the last few Nevada builds. We're still fixing bugs there,
even though it's easy to argue that anything that drives people
to stop using CDE apps is a feature, not a bug. (You likely have
only a few more months of getting most of them delivered at all in
new Nevada builds - I just removed sdtaudiocontrol for snv_118,
since the ioctl's it used were obsoleted/removed by the boomer putback.)
