This is good. This allows you to have two different versions installed (this is also the same as my directories). Remember, this is a "pkgadd" version (all downloaded versions from openoffice.org). This is why I also added the IPS version (at v3.1), which doesn't conflict with the development build and is more compatable with installations (IPS vs pkgadd).
