I believe it's a conflict with the overlapping packages between the IPS 
install and pkgadd install.  Specifically, java.  When using the CLI 
upgrade with openoffice, it overwrote the java packages.  Bun when I 
used thesetup command, it went to a GUI install without the java packages.

No, haven't done anything with the Openoffice NetBeans plugin.
