Bug description:
Scrolling in some apps chops up window content to the point that it's
rendered unreadable. I'm attaching a brief screencast that shows the
issue.
This is on a Dell Studio XPS with an nVidia video card and the
proprietary driver. I do not have this same issue in Gnome.
