Thanks for your effort to make the Ubuntu family better by reporting this
observation.
I don't think that check-language-support understands the kiconedit
option, so it just outputs the same packages as it would have done with
just "check-language-support -l en". To check for missing language
support packages for kiconedit you do "check-language-support -p
kiconedit".
Please run "check-language-support -h" to see available options.

Not sure why amarok's help package is showing up for kiconedit either,
but it should at least be suggesting language-pack-kde-en instead of
the gnome one.
