unfortunately, I always have this problem with drivers 285.05.09-0ubuntu0.1 (current update). But I just noticed something. Currently I have this problem. I have three nautilus' windows (also many other software(firefox,chromium, netbeans etc) open and nautilus menus appear well. My system is slow (movement of windows). If I open a fourth window, the menus on this new window does not work but it's ok for the first three. I close the fourth and another window. So I have two windows open. If I open a new window, the menu does not appear.
