The changes made in the branch is not enough and probably useless on most
installation.
I confirm the behaviour reported anyway. We are expecting a timeout of 30s from
the replicator and eventually wait for it, but it never come: the replicator
process is still alive, but no activity is reported. I can only reproduce
myself on macosx (latest maverick) but not on my linux machine. not sure if CI
reproduces it on another platform (cc [~janl]) .
I reproduce the error on macosx using Erlang R16x (homebrew and Erlang
Solutions versions). I didn't test with an earlier version.
