I just relaunched the test 4 times and couldn't reproduce it. Probably because
the small speed improvements with COUCHDB-1953 was enough for my machine. At
least this is what I guess sine you're still reproducing it. Linux is also
notably faster than macosx for I/O operations which could explain what I never
reproduce it on it.
Which let me think that the something prevent the replicator to timeout. Not
sure why right now.
