+1 -- 'needs info' sounds like the right path we should follow.

We have specific requirements that some team members may not be aware of so if 
there are questions we can help answer, 'needs info' will get the attention of 
the right person.  

Feedback/questions are always welcome (and encouraged), but it's important we 
manage the priority bugs.
