Just wondering, do you have adb / android sdk installed? I am guessing not… Would you be comfortable if I walked you through it in the bug? That way there's a source of reference for people…
Basically what I would like to see (other than some logs) is information on where you got it (i.e. country or ebay) and what happened to the device before you got to this point that you can recall. i.e. did you try to upgrade from 1.0.1 to 1.1 over the wireless connection? or did you try to download a build from the ZTE website?
