Thanks for the advice, but it is no longer necessary. I sent the phone back to 
the United States to see if they can replace me.

Now, I want to clarify that happens to my ZTE. If you do that you tell me when 
oprimos keys Power + Volume Up, what emerges is my Recovery, and from there I 
have no access to or by fastboot or ADB.

If I press the Power + Volume Down button, what I get is a white background 
with letters FTM, and from there, I can not access nor Fastboot or ADB Shell.

Anyway thank you very much to all who would help me. If I can not replace the 
phone, maybe wait for another manufacturer put yours on sale, because we can 
not trust anymore in ZTE.
