As much as I agree that owners of peers of components need to pay
close attention to bugzilla, I don't think it's going to work to have
engineering be the support channel for our users.

In part, many people's bugs are other people's features. There's
probably lots of people that love the home button vibrate. The
question is, do almost all people prefer to have the vibration
enabled? Or disabled? Or is there strong enough, but separate,
opinions that we should enable it to be configurable?

Debating and guessing at this in bugzilla doesn't seem like a good solution.

We really need help from our support community and organization to
help understand what users generally perceive as problems, and which
problems are more severe than others.
