Sounds like there are two different issues to me.
Why did you say you can't reproduce it? Is that related with absolute path?
Because you never gave any steps to reproduce. What you _should_ do if you want
this to go somewhere is:
1) File a bug report
2) Put in the bug report detailed step-by-step instructions
for reproducing the problem.
3) Attach to the bug any files necessary to reproduce the problem
Just saying "if you write code sorta like this and somehow hook it up to Gecko,
but I won't tell you how, then you get problems" isn't really something I can
work with. Contrary to what people seem to think, Mozilla developers to NOT
have the power to read minds and other people's hard drives through the ether or
anything like that.
