Hi,
Problems occurs then you migrate from one server to another, or using the same
DB from another mysql client like PhpMyAmin – you will see wrong characters.
I suggest to make config.inc.php variable to make default charset, so we will
know that charset is set not to default one, and if problems occurs, we will be
able to transcode characters.

Have any more of you have problems with this situation? Or similar problems
according setting characters sets for communication with MySQL server?
We are thinking about adding a config option to config.inc.php where you can
set which charset to use for 'SET NAMES ...'.
