thanks a lot. The module tueen_dev wasn't a solution too.
But
DELETE FROM oxconfig WHERE oxvarname IN ("aDisabledModules",
"aLegacyModules", "aModuleFiles", "aModulePaths", "aModules",
"aModuleTemplates");
found here:

helps, because it deactivates all modules and now I can activate the
problematical module again (and the other modules).
