1) 99.9% of people downloading Fennec should not be downloading the Stumbler. 
And we don't have a plan to ensure that there won't be confusion as to who the 
app is for.
2) Lack of resources: it doesn't have the level of branding, testing, design, 
and long-term resource planning that is expected of a Mozilla branded app.
