This looks like an UKAW issue to me. Probably you have missed to enter
the appropriate envelope address under D/S/E/N??
AFAIK, in this case UKAW writes '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' in the SMTP header
"RCPT TO" (you may want to verify that by looking in the RFC mail in the
spool directory). This entry is interpreted by UUZ and the address in
the "RCPT TO" header always supersedes any address(es) in the To: header
(the same should apply to XP2 and OpenXP).
If you enter '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' in the field "Envelope
address" you should be done (if this *is* the envelope address of this
specific account, of course).

Or tell him to use the correct address there, or to generate an
additional Envelope-To: header (if the solution above should not work
for you).
