Other than that, like Philipp, I think it should be a configurable
thing and it's the responsibility of the site/template author to
decide what links she wants, not Magnolia's.
so, a new property in magnolia.properties is ok for you?
No a content2bean like configuration of the LinkUtil brings much more
flexibility.
