Actually, IMHO, it is more like how NSI allows anyone to pay for a
domain when payment is due.  You simply go to
http://www.networksolutions.com/payments/, type in the name, and give
them your credit card number.  Remember how that programmer renewed
passport.com for Microsoft so he could get into his Hotmail account?
