<  I bought another RSP's customers, and OpenSRS policy is that I cannot
<  transfer the other RSP's customers to my existing reseller ID without
<  getting each customer's permission. I'd like to discontinue use of the
<  old reseller ID, but getting permission from every last customer to make
<  some sort of invisible switch is clearly impractical even if the
<  transfers are automated.

This could be facilitated if the company that you purchased assigned the
reseller agreement to your firm. You would need the go ahead from our
general counsel to do so, but this would create the "loophole" that you need
to do what you need to do without contacting each and every customer. I'd
suggest dropping a line to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" detailing the nature of
the requirement and requesting some further assistance from our General
Counsel to work in this direction. Once the legalities are out of the way,
it's simple matter of technical coordination between Tucows and you.
