Network Solutions accounting does not know when a domain is transferred, it
seems likely that it'd take a while for a payment to get to the RRP server.

They (NSI) should refund your money, but it will probably cost you more than
$35 (not to mention the irritation) to get the money back.

If you paid by credit card, send NSI a letter, and when they don't issue the
credit, dispute it through the credit card.

the Tucows WHOIS is showing the incorrect expiration, not the NetSol one
since the domain is now with Tucows (whois.opensrs.net). Slow updates by
NetSol won't help here because it's too late, the domain and the
expiration/accounting records have been transferred to Tucows, if I
understand then process correctly (I am not familiar with the nitty gritty
details on the server side of the SRS system but I believe that's how it
works?)

best regards
Mike
