Actually I'm not proposing that MediaStreamTrack inherit from AudioTrack.
It's possible that there's functionality which needs to be private to each
kind of track.
Then have MediaStreamTrack and AudioTrack both inherit from (new)
MediaTrack? (and both likely be very thin or even empty for now)
