For those of you working with Loop, I'm looking for feedback on some API
and architectural enhancements necessary to satisfy our MVP use cases.
Although there is still work remaining, the first three major sections
of this document are functionally complete and ready for review:

Note that this URL is a temporary scratch area for this work. Once it is
more baked, the intention is to move it to a more final location within
the main Architecture document and/or the Loop Server API documentation.
