Hi all,

I spent some time today getting familiar with Loop and I wanted to share my
feedback.

The largest issue I saw dealt with how the share URL is provided and formatted.

Currently, Loop URLs look like the following
https://call.mozilla.com/#call/nSC9ZokfwXX

This may work for people that are doing a copy/paste in to an email or IM
conversation, but won't work for anybody trying to type it in their phone or
give the address to someone verbally (in the case of transitioning a phone call
to a video call, for example). The URL that is generated is foreign to the
practice of communicating with a specific person, hard to verbalize,
case-sensitive, and easy to typo given the lack of chunks [1].

I propose that we adjust these URLs to have a different (possibly, secondary)
format that uses a two-step approach.

Here is my mockup:

----^--------------------------------------

Share this link to invite someone to talk

https://call.mozilla.com/#call/nSC9ZokfwFk

or

go to https://call.mozilla.com/ and enter
in the following pin: 651 24 893

-------------------------------------------

The pin would be autogenerated the same way that the URL is, but this would
allow the placement of the call.mozilla.com address in people's history to make
repeated visits even quicker.

Numbers here are important because they are case-insensitive, comfortable to
enter on a mobile phone, and are familiar to the act of calling someone.

Thanks,
Jared
