Thank you for your report and confirming you are seeing things starting to work. Google operates a global network utilizing many redundant servers and the nature of the way that works is one connection to the next you may be hitting a different cluster of servers. It can take a while for all of these different clusters to receive the associated updates. This would explain your inconsistent results. I am actively watching this deployment to ensure it completes successfully but at this point, it seems all will continue to roll out as expected.
