I don't understand how you can claim such ridiculously low costs. There will be travel costs that can be in the hundreds of dollars, possibly thousands of dollars in some cases (flights, rental cars, parking, cab fairs, meals, hotels, chauffers, guides, body guards, porters, tips, ...). You have to pay for the auditioners time, which will almost certainly be more than hour for the whole thing (you may need to pay for travel time). And I wouldn't expect an auditioner to earn minimum wage.
