Chrome puts up a yellow bar in this case. I see this bar most
commonly when at coffee shops before I've agreed to their terms of
service for accessing their wireless networks. We decide make this
case a hard block, we'll have to make sure we support that use case.
Any chance of a big scary red bar when the browser can't validate HTTP?
