I would assume that ACCUMULO-4422 can be bumped as it's not a blocker,
but I should be able to run the tests I had asked Sean to do locally
here and speed things up.
I think I also owe Sean a read through on ACCUMULO-4421. Let me try to
help there too.

it is unassigned if it need to stay in 1.8.0.
