I propose enabling discussions and issues on the activemq-cpp repository. There would be no JIRA migration, the plan would be to open new issues there and allow existing JIRA issues to drain or be migrated by hand as needed.
Rationale— work on this repository is gearing back up. Localizing issues and discussions is a way to support the effort by having all the things in one place.
