I have POC of migrating to use Jetty xml files for configuration, instead of 
hand wiring Spring beans to Jetty classes (approach used today).

This is the last major change for Jetty 12 support in ActiveMQ 6.2.0

I could use an assist on configuring the webapp deployments for /console and 
/api
