+1 binding.

For both airflow-core 3.1.4rc2 and task sdk 1.1.4rc2
- SVN checks
- Packages can be built reproducibly
- Licenses
- Checksums
- Signatures
- Docker install

I also checked if the task sdk version pinning is fine
<https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/v3-1-stable/airflow-core/pyproject.toml#L142>
as
well
as checked cadwyn versions (if needed to collapse, add, or
something was missed, etc)

For my changes, I checked installed the RC with breeze and checked:

Regular changes:

*[v3-1-test] Respect default_args in DAG when its set to a "falsy" value
(#57853) #58396 works as expected[v3-1-test] Fix task retry logic to
respect retries for all exit codes #58478 works as expected[v3-1-test] Fix
connection retrieval from secrets backend without conn_type (#58528) #58664
works as expected[v3-1-test] Mask secrets properly when using deprecated
import path (#58662) #58726 works as expected (tested with multiple
cases)[v3-1-test] Redact secrets in rendered templates properly to not
expose them on UI (#58767) #58772 works as expected too (tested some cases,
all good)*

CI fixes:

*[v3-1-test] Use filelock to fix race condition in version suffix test for
xdist runs (#58608) #58616[v3-1-test] Fix automatic backport workflow race
condition (#58705) #58706*

All good from me! Although one issue I faced one issue while testing SVN
files using breeze (worked around with manual
testing but just checking if Jarek / Jens faced it):

(airflow) ➜ airflow git:(task-sdk/1.1.4rc2) ✗ breeze release-management
check-release-files airflow --version ${VERSION_RC} --path-to-airflow-svn
$PATH_TO_AIRFLOW_SVN

TypeError: check_release_files() got an unexpected keyword argument
'path_to_airflow_svn'

The documentation doesn't mention --path-to-airflow-svn but breeze
complains without it.
