Very nice description, definition and goal. I think it's so much better now
with less bureaucracy ;)  I guess now, what you will need to do is to ....
encourage people every month to discuss it and turn it into a habit and
eventually get others involved ot run it (especially newcomers) so that it
becomes a community-driven part of our "culture".
