Developing a community driven "culture" to recognize new folks, will
encourage more to continue making contributions. With your continued
support, it will be a "breeze". Yes, I will do my best to keep nudging from
the backend:)

Since holidays for Christmas/New Year are ongoing, kind request to chime
in, everyone, by the end of first week of January. After that, I want to
start a LAZY CONSENSUS.
