What is the purpose of casting loader to URLCLassLoader? Can't this be
coded as
```
ClassLoader loader;
try {
loader = ClassLoader.getSystemClassLoader();
addURL = loader.getClass().getDeclaredMethod("addURL", URL.class);
```
