AFAICT, since 1.6.3 there are:
- r1819938 (solaris pollset/port wakeup) plus follow up r1838963,
- r1823146 (use after free with APR_POOL_DEBUG),
- r1825312 (error handling in gdbm),
- r1828284 (configure: fix detection of net/if.h on openbsd),
- r1828361 (uint32_t => size_t in apr_pools),
- r1834558 (tll=0 handling in reslists),
- r1834513 (check for mutex != NULL in apr_file_buffer_set).

The other/latest changes in trunk seem to be targeted for 1.7.x, so I
think we are good for 1.6.x => 1.6.4.
