So I have gone in circles a number of times here and the results across
a few servers look like so :

Nothing ever happens after that point.
I am using Oracle Studio 12.6 and c99 and not very interesting CFLAGS
with CPPFLAGS to provide -D_EXTENSIONS_ and also -D__EXTENSIONS__ or
the compile fails fast.
Some process called "./testall -v" is running and also doing nothing.
Zero activity there. Truss says so.
# ps -ef | grep 29868

dclarke 29900 29868 0 19:51:17 pts/14 0:07 ./testall -v
So I am curious about how to get some more information here.
Thoughts?
