Hello all!
After Tom's question about this I just sent the following question to
the Conservancy. I hope that the answer will clarify this for us.
Have I missed something or is Tom the only person that has sent a
comment on the Conservancy issue? I hope this means that you others are
all approving of this without any questions.

Hello Karen!
There are a couple of questions that has come up during the discussion.
First question:
In paragraph 2c, why is "public information work" included. What does it
means.
Second question:
The agreement is all about handling money in the project. There are some
other important issues for us where we need the conservancy to guide us
and that is not mentioned at all. It is the licenses and trademarks.
Licenses:
We currently have an old BSD license pointing to "The Regents of the
University of California". Is this good or bad? Should we change it?
Shall we wait for us to have joined before starting the discussions of
these issues?
Trademark:
Currently Jason Robbins owns the argouml.org domain. Any discussions if
we should strengthen this by registering ArgoUML as a trademark, is this
something where you have a clear path forward and that you will take
care of for us?
