It doesn't look like Ganymede M6 can import project set files (at
least when using Subclipse 1.2.4, I didn't try Subversion).  I added
some comments to the bug report here

I was able to successfully check out the projects individually from
the Ganymede's SVN Repository Browser, so you could use that approach.
 Once checked out, they successfully built and ran.
