The current windows installer contains just the compiled packages as
found in the released tarballs. It does not contain any of the ArgoUML
documentation or help files.
I think that the quick guide and user manual should be included in the
download, ideally in multi-page html form. What does everyone else think?
Currently, clicking Help > Help opens up a very unresponse web browser
window, which (I assume) loads the documentation from the internet.
this could be made to try to find local help files first, then to resort
to the web if they are not found.
